Sustainable Development Committee Organizational Chart

Edison Opto places strong emphasis on corporate social responsibility and has continuously advanced its sustainability practices since 2017. To strengthen sustainability governance, the Board of Directors serves as the highest decision-making body. On June 5, 2025, the Board approved the establishment of the Sustainability Development Committee, under which a Sustainability Working Group was formed.

The Working Group is responsible for proposing and implementing sustainability policies, systems, and specific action plans. It reports execution results and future plans to the Board at least twice a year. For major issues, proposals must first be reviewed by the Sustainability Development Committee and then submitted to the Board for approval before implementation.

Sustainability Governance Structure

The Sustainability Development Committee consists of five members, including two directors, with the Chairman serving as the convener and chairperson. The Committee convenes at least once annually and is responsible for reviewing Edison Opto’s sustainability policies, systems, and implementation targets, as well as overseeing related management guidelines and action plans. It also supervises sustainability information disclosure and reviews the Sustainability Report.

In 2025, the Company held a total of two Sustainability Development Committee meetings, and all resolutions passed by the Committee were subsequently submitted to the Board of Directors for discussion and approval. In addition, to strengthen corporate governance, the Company reported on the progress of sustainability initiatives to the Board twice in 2025.
