Website and Trademark License Agreement

Please read and agree to the following terms before using this website.If you cannot agree,please immediately stop using this website and any information,data,or files provided herein.Edison Group reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement and publish the latest version on this website.Users should always check for the most updated terms.

I.Unauthorized Use is Prohibited

  1. All website materials are the intellectual property of Edison Group or legally licensed to it.Without prior written consent from Edison Group,no reproduction,modification,public display,transmission,broadcasting,performance,rental,or distribution in any form is permitted.
  2. Other than the aforementioned licensing methods,Edison Group grants no express or implied rights to users regarding any patents,copyrights,trademarks,trade secrets,or other intellectual property rights.

II.License Restrictions

  2. While Edison Group strives to provide the most accurate information and data,discrepancies may exist between test results and actual application specifications regarding optical,thermal,and electrical performance.Such data is for reference only.Edison Group shall not be held liable for any data corruption or direct/indirect loss arising from the use of provided materials.

IV.User Data

  1. Any material or content posted by users on this website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary(“User Data”).Edison Group assumes no obligation regarding User Data.
  2. Users agree that Edison Group and its designated representatives may freely copy,disclose,distribute,quote,or otherwise use User Data for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  3. Users are strictly prohibited from posting any content that violates laws in Taiwan or other jurisdictions,or public order and morals,including obscene,pornographic,threatening,insulting,defamatory materials,content infringing on intellectual property rights,or discriminatory content based on religion,race,or gender.

VII.Termination of License

If a user violates any terms of this agreement,Edison Group may terminate the agreement.Upon termination,the user must immediately destroy the materials and provide Edison Group with a written statement confirming the destruction of confidential materials.

VIII.Intellectual Property Notice

Edison Group maintains a strict policy of respecting intellectual property rights.If you believe your work has been used,reproduced,or distributed in an unauthorized manner that constitutes copyright infringement,please notify Edison Group with relevant copyright information and details of the suspected infringement in accordance with Article 3 of Taiwan’s “Regulations on Civil Liability Exemption for Network Service Providers.”

IX.Governing Law

"The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. The parties agree that the Taipei New Taipei District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement."
