Gender Equality and Diversity
Gender Equality and Diversity
Our company is committed to providing employees with a dignified and safe working environment. We implement diversity in employment, ensure fairness in compensation and promotion opportunities, and guarantee that employees are not subject to discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment on the basis of race, gender, religious belief, age, political inclination, or any other condition protected by applicable laws.
We value employee diversity by hiring persons with disabilities, in compliance with the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act. In 2024, the legally required number of employees with disabilities was two, while we employed four. According to regulations, each severely disabled employee counts as two persons toward the quota. We also employed one indigenous employee, respecting their cultural practices, with no incidents of violations of their labor rights or human rights.
In 2024, the company continued to promote initiatives for a friendly workplace, furthering the concepts of inclusion, equality, and diversity to create an environment that fosters employee retention.
