The responsibilities of the board of directors
1. Supervise the company to comply with the law, operate with integrity without corruption or fraud, maintain financial transparency, and disclose material information in a timely manner.
2. Guide the management team: the board of directors regularly listens to reports from the management team and provides appropriate advice and guidance.
3.
